The Mason County Fair was the last weekend in July. We decided to go check it out and Jace loved looking at the animals but was also a little scared by them too. He was especially scared of the horses and cows but was fascinated at watching them. He loved the rabbits and guinea pigs. We also had yummy ice cream and kettle corn and Jace loved the children's area that had a ton of toys to play with. It was a fun, little fair and our family had a great time.

New Trampoline
We decided to buy a trampoline for Jace and he was so excited when he woke up from his nap and saw his daddy putting it together. The first week we had it Jace refused to go anywhere else. We ate lunch and dinner on it the first day and he's been jumping non-stop. He also loves it when we put the water underneath it and its sprays him while he jumps. We'll have to get some pictures of that!
Here we are getting all bundled up ready to head outside for our sleepover.
We lasted out there until 4am. It got so cold we had to come inside. It was a fun adventure!

Our House
Here are some pictures of our new house. I took these pictures a few weeks ago so some stuff has been changed since I am still in the process of decorating and putting everything away. But this is what it looked like after all of our hard work from the move. I'm so glad it's OVER and done with!

Olympia Children's Musuem
Olympia is about a half hour from us and that is where we do our Costco shopping and any other type of shopping we need to do that we can't get at the local Walmart. I heard about the children's museum there so we decided to take Jace there. He loved the train, water, and sand rooms. He couldn't get enough of it and cried when we left. I think we will buy an annual pass there since it will be something fun for me and Jace to do when Sheldon's working.
Here's the outline of Jace...it was funny watching him do this over and over again.

Ocean City
We live about an hour and a half from the Washington coast so we decided to take advantage of Sheldon not working yet and headed to the coast. We went to Ocean City and had a fun day on the beach. It was a warm enough day on the coast that we could enjoy our time there but the water is definitely too cold to swim in.
Jace had fun holding Lucky's leash and taking him for a walk on the beach.
He also loved chasing the birds.
Sheldon dug a huge hole and we buried him.
We found lots of dead crabs.
I think we are in Sasquatch country. :)
We enjoyed an ice cream stop on the way home. I'm glad we are close enough to the coast that we can go there for a day trip.
