Puddle Time
It rained a lot here in Orem last weekend and Jace was so excited to go outside and play in the puddles. It was super cute! Sheldon got out his super soaker and was spraying everything. Jace was very fascinated by it. After Jace was done playing he was soaked so I decided to buy him rain boots for the next time we get to do this so his feet don't get all wet. He can't help but play in the puddles!

Living in One Room
Sheldon's sister, Heidi, has been nice enough to let us live at her house during the three months we've been here in Utah. We are in her son's room so we have a blue room with Spider-Man curtains and pink crib bedding since we are using Heidi's crib. Everything we brought with us fits in one room and the rest of our stuff is in storage in Oregon. So here is our bedroom that we have all been sharing. Thanks Heidi for letting us crash your house and thanks to Hagen for letting us stay in his room. We are only in Utah for eight more days and then we are headed to Las Vegas until we fly to Hawaii the second week of November!!

Three Weeks in Las Vegas
Sheldon has been very very busy with his externship in Salt Lake. He works from 8 to 5 everyday and his commute time is an hour each way. So we never see him in the morning and he usually isn't home until after 6pm everyday. He's also spending his evenings studying for his board exam so I decided that would be a perfect time to go and visit my parents and sister in Las Vegas. I stayed for one week and then came home for a week to celebrate Sheldon's birthday. Then I headed back down with Jace again for another two weeks. It was hard to be away from Sheldon so long but soooo fun to get to hang out with my family. My mom has all kinds of fun toys that were perfect for Jace to play with. She has a little sink and Jace spent countless hours playing in it. As soon as he woke up he wanted to go outside to play in the sink.
We went to the park one night and had fun playing in the water. We brought pizza with us and everyone had a great time.
Cali ran around and around the water and wanted everyone to race her.
The two boys really loved it too!

I also got to go the movies! I saw two movies while I was in Las Vegas. Thanks grandpa for babysitting!

My mom is a temple worker so one morning before her meeting we all did a session together. I also went with her on Thursday nights and hung out at Natalie's house while she was working in the temple. Natalie lives only a few blocks away from the temple and it's across town from my parent's house so I was excited to get to go and see it and hang out with my sister!

We went to a pumpkin patch and they also had some carnival games and a petting zoo.

After the pumpkin patch we headed over to the park for some fun and popsicles!

My mom bought a play tent and Jace loved going in and out of it.
We went and fed the ducks. Jace got bit by a duck and he was really startled and stared crying really hard. It didn't break the skin. I think it scared him more than anything.

We also got some ice cream! I love Golden Spoon!

Jace and his cousin Ashton had fun playing together and eating together too. They are only 2 months apart.
We went to an indoor playland and the kids had a lot of fun.

Jace just figured out how to sit on a big person chair and I think it's so cute how his little legs hang off the edge of the chair.
He also realized he can put shoes on his feet.
My mom had a Halloween party for all of us. Here is Jace checking out the pumpkins before the party.

Here he is with all the ballons my mom bought for the party. He wanted to hold all of them.
We dressed up for the party. Natalie and Thomas dressed up as a polygamist couple and my dad and I just dressed in orange and black. My mom was dressed in her Hawaiian clothes. Jace was an elephant and Ashton was Superman. Cali was the Little Mermaid.

We had soup, played musical chairs, played Halloween BINGO, ate doughnuts off strings, and carved pumpkins. We also had hot cider and doughnuts for dessert. I think we were all so stuffed and had so much fun!

The whole time we visited Jace would run outside when he heard an airplane and point at it in the sky.
He also got to go to McDonald's a lot and the park with Grandma and Grandpa while I stayed at my parents house and worked on my scrapbook.

Natalie and I made ties for Jace and Ashton. I learned how at my mom's Relief Society Super Saturday and then I taught Natalie.
The last night I was in town we went out to eat and to Chuck E. Cheese.

We had such a fun time and I'm so glad we could visit for so long! Thanks mom and dad for all the fun!
